On Friday, I’m going to send an email to everyone on my “Tim’s Tech Tips” email newsletter, offering a little Christmas present – a short new book called “Best of 2017”. It’ll be free to everyone who orders anything from us between 1st Dec and the 22nd, when we break up for Christmas.
As an Inner Circle member, you’re welcome to take up that offer, of course. But I wanted you to know beforehand that since you’re an Inner Circle member, you can have the book as a Christmas present without buying anything! (A little Yuletide thank-you for being a member.)
Of course, if you do have your eye on one of our books, this might be an ideal time (and it means we can put your Christmas present and the books you order in the same package). You can look at our website if you’re not sure what other books we have. But if you only want the Christmas present, you can have it on its own – no charge (not even postage).
So if you do want to take up the offer for “normal” people, by all means do – just place an order on or after Friday for anything you want and we’ll automatically add the copy of “Best of 2017” – it doesn’t matter how you order – post, phone, online. But if you only want the Christmas present “Best of 2017”, just send us an email saying you’d like it and make sure you say where to send it and we’ll get it off in the post to you. You can email [email protected] or ring 01229 777606 and make sure you mention you’re an Inner Circle member and you’d like your Christmas present!

Sorry Mike I have sent an email twice.
My Kodak printer is connected by wifi, but it wont let me sent documents ect saying there is no USB
link. I have looked though the instruction booklet but have been unable to find a fix; any suggestions
please.

Hi Alan. Humm WiFi printers is a tricky one. Please, could you let me know the model of printer you have? Do you have a USB cable you could use to plug the printer in with just for now? Is there anything you can tell me about when it stopped working? Maybe your WiFi changed or there was a software update?

Hi Alan. I’m so sorry I’m really stuck with this one.
The only thing I can think of is when you go to print something, have a look at the selection of printers in the drop down “choose a printer” option, and from there you can see if there are multiple printers listed (with the same name) and maybe try to print to another one and see if that works or not?
Maybe if you have a chance you could give them a ring on: 0870-2430270 Available: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM GMT/BST and see if they offer any thoughts?
I’m so sorry I don’t have an answer. Oh but the other thing to check is that the printer really is connected to the WiFi, if there is a way to tell on the printer if it’s connected or not that would be worth a check. Maybe turn it and the PC and the WiFi router off then all back on again and this might give it a nudge.
